2 Cup & Saucer Sets, Johnson Brothers Red Pink English Chippendale

Description

Two lovely matched sets of cups and saucers (4 pieces total) in the English Chippendale pattern by Johnson Brothers England. Each saucer measures approximately 5 ½” in diameter. Each cup measures approximately 3 ½” wide at the top and 2 ¼” high. Johnson Brothers produced this pattern between 1935 and 1965. I believe these dishes were purchased in the 1940s; it is from a set that belonged to my grandparents. The dishes have been used but they are in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. Please see the picture of the close-up of the pattern.
