For those who do not know the year of their grill:
If the regulator on your grill screws on, you have a pre-2016 model.
If the regulator on your grill has a quick-connect design, you have a post-2016 model.

Shipping
Handling:
We ship items as quickly as possible.  Items are usually shipped within 24hrs after a payment has been received.  Weekend purchases will be shipped on Monday.  We will ship the following day in the event of a postal holiday.  We take extra care when packaging our items & often use recycled materials.
Package Tracking:
Tracking numbers are included with all shipments.
Shipping Delays:
The carriers have a large volume of packages as well as limited transportation and/or staffing in some areas as a result of the pandemic.  Please be patient if your shipment is delayed.
International Shipments:
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees/taxes imposed by their home country.
Terms Of Sale
We will accept returns (not after 30 days).
Returned items must be in the same condition that they were when the buyer received them.
New items must still be in new/unopened condition when being returned.  The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.  Once an item has been returned to us & it is in the same condition it was when we mailed it, the buyer will be refunded.
Returns of items that are not in their original condition are subject to fees which will be deducted from the buyer's refund to account for the loss in the item's value.  This includes returns of items that have been used, opened, damaged, missing any parts, or are damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging.
In the event that we grossly misrepresent an item in a listing, a full refund (including return shipping costs) will be given once we have received the item back.
