    Save yourself tons of work (and headaches) researching, understanding and then compiling a custom training plan.  No need to feel overwhelmed wondering what do I do now that I have signed up for an Ironman!  I spent loads of time trying to decipher through so many seemingly complicated and also contradicting training plans in researching and developing this plan.  Ultimately I devised this comprehensive plan that can be used by any entry/mid level Ironman triathlete who doesn't want the expense of coaching, nor expensive training devices.  This plan only uses heart rate monitoring.
    I personally have used this plan in training for three Ironman races over the past 10 years.  I originally offered it to several of my training partners/friends over the years who used it as their guide before I placed it on Ebay.  Since then many many folks have purchased it and all seem to be quite satisfied and grateful that I did the hard work for them as all they needed to do was just plug in their dates, specific training events/races, and modify the training levels to fit their personal needs and fitness level/desire.  It is actually quite easy to get rolling on your training once you have this handy plan.  The plan you will receive is a 31 week training plan in an Excel spreadsheet that you can easily modify to fit your calendar and specific training desires. If you are planing on doing a 70.3 Ironman then this plan would work as well - just cut the plan down to your needs.  Not a lot of frills just a detailed training plan in spreadsheet format.  I will also include in the emailed plan information on how to understand the codes/abbreviations that I have throughout the plan as well additional helpful information. The plan will be emailed to you upon payment (usually the same day).
