This MARINE CARPET PADDING is designed for new boat manufacturing or re-carpeting.
This listing is for one 6' (6 Feet) x 20' (20 feet) roll.
Other roll sizes are available in other listings or custom sizes can be made as well.  Just message me if you have any questions.

The padding is made of 100% Frothed Polyurethane - a visco-elastic "memory foam" material.
The thickness is 1/4".
The density is 12 lbs.
The padding passes NBS Smoke Chamber and Pill Test (FF1-70).
This padding employs Ultra-Fresh Antimicrobial, preventing mold, mildew and bacterial growth.
Installation
Just simply cut to fit with scissors or a razor blade.  Glue the padding to the boat deck and then glue the carpet to the padding.  Stop the padding 1/2" short of all edges.  Doing so, will allow the carpet to taper down to the deck.
This padding has a breathable integral skin barrier which allows vapor to pass while blocking liquid spills, making clean-up easier and more effective.
Adhesive
I offer the adhesive in another listing, AAT105.  It is a neoprene based contact cement that works well with fiberglass, aluminum and wood.  It can applied with a simple paint roller.

Shipping
Please note shipping will be FREE.  I will only ship to the 48 states.
This covers all shipping, packaging and insurance costs. I will roll your carpet and wrap with thick plastic so as to minimize the wrinkling and any possible shipping damages. I will be using Fed Ex so rest assured all insurances are included. Please inspect all packaging prior to signing for the roll to ensure no damages. Once signed, no claims against shipping damages can be offered.
Returns
I can only accept returns due to manufacturing defects. I must be notified of any such defects within 5 days of receiving roll. Also, please note that once a roll has been cut by the customer, no returns can be accepted.
