This listing is for two clamp-on oarpins, also called "rowlocks" or "oarlocks".  They fit only metal-shaft oars of 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" diameter.
Most clamp-on oar pins immediately rust, because they are plated steel.  Not these!  The clamping part is thick aluminum.  The bolts are stainless steel.  The pin (the shaft at the bottom) will get a light coating of rust after a while, but nothing bad.  The pin is steel, with a high chromium content.
Nice big star knob for tightening the clamp part -- not a chinzy little wing nut.  And the female thread of it is brass, for great corrosion resistance.
Size:  Fits oar shafts of 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" diameter. (all of our oars are in this range). Has 1/2"-diameter pin to go in your oarlock socket.   I am willing to modify to fit 1 3/8" diameter oar shaft for extra.  Message me.   The modification is just a longer pivot bolt and some washers -- all stainless steel, of course.
Hole in the bottom of the pin accepts a cotter pin or circle pin (not included).
Pivot bolt (the hex bolt at the bottom of the clamp joining the clamping pieces to the round pin) is a beefy stainless steel 3/8" hex bolt.  The nut on it is also stainless, with a "nylok" nylon friction ring in it to keep it from loosening unintentionally.    Compare to chinzy 1/4" plated steel pivot bolt and nut on other oarpins.

We use a lot of oarpins in our sail kits and rowing kits and we could not find any on the market that would meet our standards for convenience, strength and corrosion resistance.  So we created our own design and contracted for these to be manufactured.   We are proud of the result and are confident you will be pleased.
