"The Panda" was an essential and fun-loving member of all three championship teams.  This cap has never been worn and I am the original owner.
I don't have a COA, but I'll tell you how I got this.  Rocket Dog Rescue is a San Francisco dog rescue non-profit that raises money with blind auctions.  They get some sweet Giants items because Mike Murphy (longtime Giants equipment manager) supports the org and donates some.
My bid won for this hat in July, 2012 and it has been sitting in a darkened, smoke-free closet ever since.
