Paul McCartney     "1989 World Tour Book"
This is his tour book from 1989.         It was for "The Paul McCartney World Tour".     The band was Paul McCartney, Linda McCartney, Chris Whitten, Robbie McIntosh, Hamish Stuart, and Wix Wickens.
It starts with a personal word of 'Welcome From Paul McCartney'.         There is a color map of the world showing the four continents they visited.    Then come "Lifelines" of each band member.
Next is information about "The Film" that opens their shows.  The screen is split to give three separate images combining 25 years of Paul's music with 25 years of world events and it lasts for eleven minutes.    Next is info about Brian Clarke, who designed the set and the front cover of "Flowers In The Dirt".    There is a page about Gerry Stickells, the tour's production manager.
Then there are 4 pages for "Friends Of The Earth Worldwide".   This includes a folded four page pamphlet for donating to the cause.
Next is history : 'The Coming Of Rock 'N' Roll'.     With page highlights : 1950's,  "Electric Tingle", "We really fancied our chances", "I play things upside down',  The early 60's, 'Suave and Sophisticated", "Making Movies", "Real Craziness", "It Started To Be Art", 'Late 60's, "Psychedelic Explosion", "A Sort Of Trippiness", and "We Got Married".
Then there is "When To Click" : The photographs by Linda McCartney".    Some of her photos are of The Rolling Stones, The Doors, Bob Dylan, and The Beatles.
Then it's back to history : Early 70's, "Two of us Against The World", "Very Ballsy", Late 70's, "Out Of Adversity", and Rupert The Bear.
Then "The Art Of Songwriting" : "Some Kind Of Mystery", by Paul and with John.     Next is "Me And John", the 'Pipes Of Peace' video, 'Ebony And Ivory', and the Late 80's.

This tour book is 100 pages long   !!!        It is printed mostly in color with some black & white photos.        It is 12 inches tall by 9 inches wide by 1/4 inch thick.

This tour book is M-.       There is no writing, no tears, and no missing pages.    There is slight cover wear.

Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     It will be sealed inside an inner clear plastic bag.     I will package this flat, like a record.         I use hand cut composite cardboard that won't get bent.      The package will say "Do Not Bend" in red on both sides.
