    Description

    Phonak Charge and Care
    How does it work?
Hearing aids and attached earpieces are dried and fully charged in under three hours, the same time as a standard Phonak charger case.
Placing the hearing aids in the charger initiates the standard charging cycle. Charging will continue while the care process is active.
To start the care process, the cover must be closed. Once the cover is closed, pressing the care process button will initiate the care process.
The care process begins with UV-C LEDs and ventilated air active simultaneously.
UV-C LEDs active for 4 minutes
Ventilated air active for 2 hours
If at any point during the care process the lid is opened, the care process will stop. This will not stop the charging process.
The entire care process lasts 2 hours. Once the care cycle is complete, the care-cycle button LED will turn green.
At this point, the hearing aids can be removed from the case or can be left in the case to continue charging.
