Powers Up, Says Ready, Powis Parker Fastback 15 Binding Machine

Please note, this unit has only been tested to power up, warm up, then give the message on the LCD that it is ready to bind.   We do not have the materials to test it further and that is all that it is guaranteed to do on delivery.  It is not guaranteed to work on delivery.   This machine has significant anodization/corrosion on the internal components of the bottom half as shown in the last five photographs.  This is a Powis Parker Fastback 15 binding machine.  Has some scuffs and spots of missing paint on the exterior..   No chips, cracks, or splits.  All buttons and switches present and working.   Does not include the transparent plastic attachment that rests on the top or any binding supplies or manual. Includes a power cord.  We will only ship this unit to the 48 contiental United States.  If Paypal is used for payment, the shipping address must be confirmed by Paypal.  There are no exceptions for any reason.
