this isn't a ring used flag, is a normal flag. I bought it in the mid 90's from a big collector who, like me, was now selling his collection, I made excellent purchases from him. the flag was signed by many of them, mainly the old ones. i started getting it signed from 1999 to 2006 or 07 .... including taker, kane, eddie, lanny poffo, steve austin, rock, slaughter, etc
the prices may seem high, the cause is that the fees are 11.5%
